Job Description
Find new sales opportunities via digital platforms (website, fanpage, client databases)
Build and maintain customer relationships and provide customer service (mostly via Email)
FInd new sales opportunities in International B2B e-commerce platforms: Alibaba, Global Sources, Online Trade Shows.
follow up and complete the B2B customer care cycle.
Assist in order management: create shipping labels and marks as required, check shipping documents, work with suppliers and logistics partners.
Assist in customer databases management and performance tracking.

Core Skill Requirement
Fourth-year students majoring in Exports, International business, and related fields.
Passionate in sales and customer service.
Eager to learn International B2B sales.
Having basic knowledge about international business, Home Decor and the Handicraft Market is a plus.
Good English skills.
